Settlement of a garden, 1930
On October 28, 1914 ‘Abd al-Razzaq from Shiraz transfers three sixths of a garden known as Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn Qarib in Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz. According to a different agreement, on February 22, 1917, one third of the mentioned property [one sixth of the garden] was settled to Haji Asad Allah and Khanum Mah, the wife of Karbalayi Haji (Haji Haydar ‘Ali's son). Settlement of Raziyah Sultan Khanum and Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, 1924
On October 6 and November 5, 1924, Bibi Raziyah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi and the wife of Shaykh Zia’ al-Din ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah, settled a property near the Baghshah in Shiraz with Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, the son of Muhammad Karim the merchant from Shiraz known as Rukni, for one hundred and sixty tumans. For the first contract ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah was also present and testified.

Demarcating the house of Mirza Muhammad Sadiq [possibly the cousin of Shaykh Abu Turab], determining the shares [of his brothers and cousins] and the shares of the inheritors of the late Shaykh Abu Turab. Shaykh Muhammad Husayn, Shaykh Muhammad Hashim, and Shaykh Zayn al-‘Abidin [Shaykh Abu Turab's brothers], as the guardians of the underage children; Shaykh Yahya on behalf of the adult children; and ‘Abd al-Riza on behalf of Shaykh Abu Turab's wife [‘Izzat Nisa’ Baygum], the daughter of Haj Mir Mu’min, settled on these divisions.

Two settlements and two records of transfer of properties: 1-On March 28, 1899, Agha Baygum, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Akbar from Khurasan and the wife of Haji Mirza Yahya (the overseer of Khafrak and Marvdasht) sells some properties, including the farm near Marvdasht, to Aqa Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi for one hundred and thirty tumans. Dispute between Muhammad Baqir and Abu al-Qasim
Since Haji Muhammad Baqir from Dihdasht had many wives to provide for, and because he had not received the money owed to him from Shiraz, he was about to travel to Isfahan and Tehran to claim some loans, and then to Mashhad for pilgrimage. But, he was stopped by his paternal cousin, Karbalayi Abu al-Qasim, who has made a claim against him. Muhammad Baqir requests that they stop preventing his journey and pilgrimage and that the matter be pursued with his attorney.
